Frank Served in the Marine Corps as an Artillery Cannoneer. Trained in MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program).

Began martial arts journey in Boxing, Muay Thai and Jeet Kune Do under Sifu Tony Lopez.

Became a certified Instructor under Duane Walden. Continues to further develop Jeet Kune Do/Progressive Fighting Systems, Kali(Filipino Martial Arts), and grappling arts under Sifu Duane Walden.

Frank has worked Executive Protection for celebrities and CEOs for almost 10 years.

Currently works as a security contractor for the Department of Homeland Security.

Other Combative systems that he has trained in are Libre Fighting under Jarred Arbuckle and 52 VTK, a system based on 52 Blocks under Ken Goodman.

He continues to study combatives and the art of the blade seeking self improvement, taking what is most efficient for self defense and teaching his students.
