Part 1 - Thursday 9/26
7:45-9pm

The first day of training will be basic introductory foundation based on footwork,

punching attacks/defense and knife based entries from range to range. The first day will build a base of techniques and drills for the second day. Therefore, any students interested in only one day of training, will train on day one only.

Part 2 - Friday 9/27
10:30-1:30pm

The second day of training will be blending the drills and techniques from the first

day. Of particular emphasis will be follow up techniques and asymmetric tools for ending the fight quickly and decisively. We will also learn drills for putting all of the tools together for a totally immersive experience.
